Hipster Foods has a range of designer beverages and culinary delights: Kale Sandwich, Deconstructed Guacamole Nachos, cauliflower risotto, Mama’s Spicy Doughnuts, Pickle-slaw, Sriracha Sausages, Bagels in a Jar, artisan coffee, cold brew coffee, kombucha shake and more. The running theme of the business is to have an evolving menu that is updated every month according to the current popular ingredients. Mary experiments with these ingredients to create interesting and fresh menu items. The menu consists of both seasonal and permanent items. She has a workshop/kitchen to produce the products in-house, chemical-free and using only fresh ingredients.
